Almost Caught Fire

It is attractive and great in a small kitchen. I am over 50 and this is the first toaster I have ever had that malfunctioned and did not pop up when the time was up. My smoke alarms went off and I had to air out my house for quite a while.

Overall, not well made. I returned this item and the process of pickup and return worked very well. I recommend Best Buy but not this toaster.
