It's a good product for the price, we got it in sale. I like the extra Bagel option and the slightly wider slots that are a little bigger than the average toaster. Plus, it is easy to clean. If you are looking for a simple toaster, this does the job well.

You would think a toaster would be a relatively simple product since all it does is heat up coils to brown your bread. This is my second toaster in 2 yrs. The last one died right at the end of its warranty, and already I can tell this Bella model most likely won't last a year. This toaster does not brown both sides of the bread and pressing the bagel button doesn't prevent both sides from browning on a bagel. I thought perhaps there was an issue with the "bagel button" and it might need to be on to get both sides to toast. My experiment failed. There is no way I can get both sides of bread to toast, nor can I get only one side of a bagel to toast. I won't return this toaster because I know the next toaster won't work either. I had a toaster once that lasted 20 years....where has the quality gone????

This is a wonderful toaster. Worth the money. I love all the settings and the style. Had to replace my worn out cheap toaster and am glad this was available. The bagel setting gets a lot of use. Plus, there's a setting to warm things back up if you forgot about your toast. Great product. I would highly recommend this.

Economical simple solution for toast. No other use.

Nice toaster, Can be finicky. First toast comes out nice, but if you're toasting a second set, just make sure to lower the setting. Otherwise, the second toast will get a bit burn. Well, can't expect much for a toaster I purchase on sale for $9.99.
