I am giving this 4 stars because the slots are only 5" long and won't work on the larger bread slices that I use for sandwiches. It would work great for regular size bread slices. Will return and exchange for one that has longer slots.

All I needed was a simple toaster. The price was certainly right, and it had everything I needed. The problem was, it never popped up! With the control all the way down, if you didn’t watch it and pop it up yourself, it burned. Probably a bad thermostat, but I had to return it.

I got a great deal on this toaster, it looks nice on my counter. It also does its job toast bread, nothing fancy to it. If you need toast on a budget, this is it.

It is now six months later from my purchase and it has failed. Every time I pushed the handle down to toast, it pops back up. I tried cleaning the cleaned device, unplug and plug back in and nothing works. I literally have to hold the handle down to toast. However, every time I push the handle down, blue sparks strike within the toaster. I’m pretty sure it’s on its last leg.

Best toaster ever. I love that has guides that holds the toast in place and my bagels come out just perfect. It has other function that are just great. Need a toaster this is the one to get. Price was great too

All in all, nice toaster. The slot are "Extra-Wide" as advertised, but the length of the slots could be longer. Sometimes a prepackaged slice of bread is too long to fit in the toaster. Other than that, works really well.

Fantastic toaster, especially for the price. Consistent toasting and with the bagel setting they come out perfect. Extremely happy with this purchase and looks very nice on the counter in a very small space

It’s a nice toaster for the money. I like the gluten free option. The manual mentions a frozen button. I don’t see the button on the toaster anywhere

My family enjoyed the toaster. Will definitely buy this same brand for my other small appliances. BestBuy in Iselin NJ, did a great job, in terms of customer service and product excellence.

Love the toaster. Nothing fancy but can say after about a year it’s very reliable. Toasting isn’t 100% even but haven’t seen one that is. Can’t beat it for the price & it looks good too!

Very good looking, generic user's manual with instructions for other model maybe, slot wide enough but short, you have to push the slice in. Otherwise do toasting as intended.

Nice and simple toaster, nothing really special. Made of plstic and comparable to a cheaper brand toaster. If you are looking for mid or top of the line quality, this is not the toaster for you.

Very useful. I was used to putting breads in the oven with the chance of getting it burnt. With this item it's timed and right how I want my bread to be.

Working ok so far. However, the sensor that regulates how brown your toast is, doesn’t seem to work well. At 2, it gets burnt sometimes but at 1 it hardly browns the bread.

The dials feel cheaply made and looks a little tacky. But it does the job so far and no complaints on how it works. the cord is kind of annoying for where they have it attached on the bottom but again not a big deal.

Great toaster. And for the price of just 9.99, it works great or even better compared with my other toaster which cost more. the design is classic and there are enough room for bread slices and bagels,

I got this to replace my old 4-slice that stopped working, and also since I moved into a house with a really small kitchen, so I needed something small. I'm not very impressed with it's quality. The toaster toasts very dark, even on the 1 or 2 setting. I have no idea what anyone would use the higher settings for. The bread would probably go up in flames! Other than that, It seems ok. Not great, but ok.

This Bella toaster is better than the dead red one we had but for 17.00, it's not worth it. The settings are light toast or burnt. We have played around with the adjustments and still light toast or burnt. Also there was this sticker on the unit that said gluten free. Okay. Who is eating toasters? Overall, I wouldn't purchase this brand/model ever again. Christmas is come -- it will be a white elephant gift.

This toaster I actually would not be ashame to place on the counter top- compare to my last one. It’s not too big and looks nice along stainless steel appliances. Bread and bagels are evenly toasted- I’m pleased.

I just need basic toaster and it proves it works for $9.99 (get it on sale). It toast quickly and the “hiding” tray at the bottom. I think it does not have takeout tray to clean the crust, but build in and hide.
