Very disappointed!

Every time one side of the toast is burnt, sometimes to the point that I’ve had to throw it away. If I turn it down just a little then I get a piece of barely toasted toast. Since I’ve purchased this toaster I’ve yet to have a decent piece of toast. I’m ready to pitch this toaster.
