    This is not to criticize the quality, per se, but the functionality... first off, getting a bagel-wide is essential (and I really needed one)... but what lacks here, back to functionality, is the fact that it's not long enough for typical bread to even toast on the long-side. Here again, you have to "stand-up" the bread, to toast it, then flip to finally evenly get it toasted.
