We received a dud!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the bagel setting doesn’t work... it toasts all sides of the bagel AND I’m pretty sure the temperature setting knob on the front is just for show. It burns the bagels on a low setting... like, crazy burns them. I was attracted to the low price of this toaster... but even with that I expected it to, at least, work. Complete waste of money.
