Works good but getting the dial right for the doneness is sometimes a challenge. Works well with bagels.

I did return this item. It didn’t appear to be good quality when I took it out of the box.

I am not a fan of this product. I worked the first time I used it. By the second time I used it the lever wouldn't stay down and it was to late for me to return it. So I wasted my money.

Small and cheap but doesn’t have the best options when toast variances

It doesn’t toast evenly, but isn't worth the hassle to exchange.

I don’t really like this toaster it is really small, so it smashes your bread sometimes.

Looks great and works, but it toasts uneven and it pops bread and English muffins out sometimes.

It’s a nice toaster but the slots are not long enough so the the bread does not fit like I would like it to.

If I set the toaster to anything more than 2 in the scale (1 being the lowest), my toast will get burnt. Worse yet, the toast blackened the bottom part of the toast but leave the top part lightly browned (almost white). This is the worst toaster I have even have.

Didn’t last long before it started getting very smoky. Difficult to clean.

"You get what you pay for" certainly applies to this cheap, malfunctioning product. In 2021, where technology has advanced to the point where internet shopping is possible, VR headsets are popular, and autonomous automobiles are increasing in available markets, one would think that producing a simple product to toast bread would not be such a challenge. The first problem with this toaster is the fact that it only toasts one side of the bread, not both. Regardless of settings, only one side of the bread (or any item) with become toasted. Secondly, the side lever becomes "jammed" easily, and has to be forcefully moved often. We are certainly relieved that we wasted no more than $10 (Deal of the Day) on this regrettable purchase.

Love it! Very convenient to use! The heat was not bad to control!

I do not like the wide slot at times the thin bangles get down the sides and have to dig them out

Really the only heating level that works and doesn't burn the bread is the first level.

The first time I used it it started smoking, cleaned it and tried again... still made smoke.

It does the job. You do have watch it as it will burn your toast on a low setting.
