Only toasts ok. Other than that is a decent toaster.

For the price i paid its ok very lite weight works ok

Saw this on sale and thought it would be a good replacement for our failing one was the same brand that had lasted about five years. Not this one right out of the box was hard to dial in slices never turn out the same and already not toasting evenly

You spend $15 on a toaster, you get $15 in quality. Have finally figured it out where it doesn't burn stuff. The bagel button barely works. Also, sometimes the toast jumps too high and falls on the floor.

I got this on Best Buy‘s deal of the day. I didn’t realize till after a while that my second set of toast always gets darker than the first. this is the only bad part of this toaster.

Very small opening. Due to that, the toast gets stuck coming up and it is not very effective. The toast usually comes out fine however, you just have to pull it out manually. Honestly, you’re getting what you paid for!

If "toast" is your thing, I wouldn't recommend this toaster. It has a very cheap feel and I replaced it with another brand shortly after buying this one.

The toaster had a small footprint but didn't like the toaster didn't crisp toast well even at full heat setting

if you are toasting frozen waffles back to back or bread, lower the temp it stays too hot I guess and starts burning them. Even on the lowest setting don't leave unattended and stop it before it stops by itself.

Bought this to replace a toaster that worked fine, but had seen some years. Within a week I regretted it, the locking mechanism at the bottom has a nasty habit of allowing bread or other items to slip through the side. When you begin toasting, the mechanism actually presses the food against the heat element, resulting in burnt food and smoke. It's now in my trash can, I didn't feel it was right to donate it. Items it burnt: Slice of Bread. Pop - Tart. Things it didn't burn: Thick slice of artisan bread. that is all.

Great looking toaster, but not reliable at all and feels very cheap. Failed upon first use, emitting a blue flash when the handle was depressed and then ceasing to work entirely. The toaster this was to replace continues to work fine on the same outlet, so it was definitely an issue with the product, not house wiring, etc. Also, while the slots are nice and "wide" as advertised, they are actually slightly shorter in length than your typical toaster, so you have to squeeze larger sized pieces of bread into the opening. Overall, very disappointed in this item.

Wish I’d kept box so I could return. Ok for price but cheaply made and toastes unevenly. Regular bread slice to tall and when turned on side width also sticks out of toaster. Disappointing

Bread slots too narrow for my standard bread, uneven toasting on either side of the bread...but it's kinda pretty.

It does not automatically jump back. It keeps burning until the fire alarm system turns on. I have to stand next to it and press the button to cancel it.

Easy to use. I like that the slots are larger. It has a nice design and goes well with mybother appliances.

Actually, I didn’t receive it, from the beginning, I waited, it didn’t came, and at the end of the day I found that Best Buy is saying on my account on the app we received back your returned item !!?, Oh really, how would I return it if I didn’t receive it from the beginning, I think you have to ask your delivery person or the system of delivery there is something wrong..

Junk. Lever wont stay down. Used about 6 times. Purchased August 18.

Did not have the problem of others of inconsistency of toasting side to side- but mine won’t pop up when done regardless of setting. Tried multiple times, ended up setting a timer and pressing the cancel button to stop. Plan to take back for a exchange this weekend. Will update with unit #2...

Pure junk.Got one when they were $10 a while back and used $5 rewards. Today my old toaster died as it wouldn’t lock and stay down anymore and it was 15 yrs old. So low and behold I opened my new Bella, first time todayI tried it lt too also wouldn’t lock and keep bread down. So the old adage you get what you pay for certainly holds true for this Bella toaster. Never again for anything labeled Bella.

Not sturdy. Just 6 months and i already have to push hard to lock the breads in.
