The second two came out much darker. I adjusted the dial down and tried two more. They came out even darker, and uneven in color. With the dial only on 2, the next two came out dark, as well. I returned the toaster.

Pop tart bandit.

Watch your toast until you get used to it. Pop tarts fell inside and wedged,, I had to hurry up and unplug the toaster. Liked to never got the pop tarts out. It is very light and feels cheaply made. glad I didn't pay a lot for it.

Stopped working

Wish it were good

Could have worked with that but the bread side facing the outside would toast well with a nice color, but the other side seemed as if it were not toasted.

Don't buy...

It's the worst toaster I've ever owned. It toasts unevenly -- one side is toasted/burnt and the other side is untoasted. It's going back.

Bad Bad Bad

As other reviewers stated this only toasts one side of the bread. If you want to take the time and irritation to take the one toasted side out, turn it around and toast it again then this toaster will work for you.

burnt but frozen

I prefer my toasted items to be equally done on both sides so I don't care for this toaster

Worst Toaster

It cooks toast uneven and worst of all we have to stay with it or when it pops up it will fly out of toaster on the counter or floor.

Not long enough

I had to insert the slices vertically one side at a time. I returned it and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Died in 6 months of light use

Not planning to buy any of Bella's product in future. Save your money if you want something that last in your kitchen.

Didn't work properly

Garbage

terrible item
