Because it was such a cheap price I didn't expect much. Long story short, I love it! Control's are easy-to-use, sides stays cool to touch during operation, the wide slots are great for accommodating larger food items such as bagels or frozen breakfast pasteries. Definitely agreat bargain if looking for a basic toaster.
