It is easy to use and easier to set up. Just plug in set the temperature and grab your food! The extra wide allows ease when using thicker bread or toasting hamburger buns!

Also, cleaning it doesn't seem to be that easy, still figuring it out. It does fit half a NY Bagel tho ( size-wise)

Was able to order and pickup within 2 hours with no contact pickup. Self centering works great with whole wheat bread and heavier items. Big enough slots to accommodate XL bread machine slices. Good enough with even toasting. Second batch turns out a bit darker and you need to adjust accordingly. Bagel setting toasts both sides. Basic toaster that works.
