I have owned it for about 3 weeks, use it every day, and have had no problems with it. I only use it for toasting bread, so I can't comment on toasting other items (e.g., english muffins). I got the toaster at a bargain price at Best Buy, and curbside pickup worked very well.

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the slots are wide but they are short and I have a problem fitting anything except a regular slice of sandwich bread bread.
