Messy, but nice size

It has a crumb catcher tray, but it doesn't seem to catch much. To really clean the toaster you have to turn it over and shake it over and over and over again, sometimes banging it on the edge of the sink in frustration!! However, all crumb complaints aside, it is a nice compact size, and is cute! Oh - I guess this is important, too - it toasts evenly and quickly. Large bread (like Dave's Killer Bread) is hard to shove in the holes, but once you get it in, it does toast it well.

Worked real well before it broke

The heating elements still work but the lever will not stay down and I see sparks when I push the lever down. Best Buy doesn't allow returns after 30 days. I was told to contact the manufacturer for warranty. The toaster has a 2 year warranty. I called the manufacturer 800 number, a customer service rep came on very quickly. She told me to that she will email me instructions on how to contact the help department. I sent the help department an email complete with videos, picture and whatever they wanted. That was 7 days ago, I have not heard back from them. I hope to get a replacement unit.

Love the wide slots for thicker bread like bagels. But it also is able to toast my thin sliced bread with no issues. I would recommend it!
