The associate delivered the package to the car. It was smooth experience. The toaster works as expected. Gets hot quickly and toasts evenly. The build quality is good. Handling is easy and self-explanatory. There is a detachable slot at bottom that can be removed and cleaned for bread crumbs.

I had some best buy bucks to use before they expired, so we decided to get this toaster. Our last toaster was old, so we are getting used to the setting, but it does a great job and is exactly what we were looking for. The slots are big enough to fit bagels which helps. This was a good choice!

Started off ok and then the lever stopped working

Unfortunately, the toaster was a complete fail. It had an awful smell for awhile each time we used it and then the lever stopped working after 2 months! So disappointed.

The bagel setting is an excellent feature that I definitely appreciate. It’s very annoying when your bagel gets stuck in the toaster. The cancel option is also a nice feature. Overall, the features and the price makes this toaster a worthwhile purchase.
