This is so much more than a typical toaster. It works quite well, especially for breads of different density. Whether it's a thick, fresh sliced bread or a waffle reheat, we've found the perfect setting for each. One must experiment with the settings as there is a learning curve. Our first toast came out quite burnt, but we soon found the right settings and love it!

Was trying to go 4.5 stars. Wanted just a basic no frills toaster & didn't realize that would be so hard to find. Took a couple of uses to get it at the setting I wanted but it'll be that way with any you buy. Price was really good since I got it on sale. All there really is to say is that is does what I what. I mean, it's a toaster not a luxury car.

Even though it’s just a simple toaster, I’m really impressed. I ordered one as a deal of the day. It was a price I couldn’t pass up. Toasts my bagels with not issues with fitting or burning. My past toasters usually had an issue with burning some parts of a clean-cut in half bagel. I recommend this toaster to anyone looking for an inexpensivetoaster that gets the job done.

I brought this toaster for my sister and she loved so much. The style was very classic and beautiful. The slots were big and the toast comes out perfect. I got this on sale and it’s worth it.

I like my bread very lightly toasted. My late husband used to jokingly say I didn't eat toast; I ate warm bread. The lightest setting on this toaster is darker than my preference, but it's okay. It is very fast and easy to use. Someone who likes darker toast probably will love it. So would I recommend it: yes to someone who likes darker toast; no to someone who likes warm bread.

Great toaster for small places. Only thing is you have to burn it up a few times to take away the funky smell it has but other than that its a great toaster! Let us see how long it'll last

As with all toasters, one day it will breakdown when you most needed it. Purchased this toaster when it was a deal of the day and kept it as a backup. Recently my old toaster purchased during a Black Friday years ago finally died. Opened up this new one and was really surprised by its features. Exterior is cool to touch and it toasts white bread well and quickly. Will need to try other breads, like bagels, someday. Can make a simple grilled cheese sandwich with the use of toaster sleeves (saves time versus using a griddle or frying pan). Temperature settings are sensitive. Have to be careful to set it just right (below a 2) to prevent burnt toast.

I purchased this toaster for $9 ($10 certificate). It’s big enough for bagels and it’s so simple that my kids can operate it....I also like the fact that it doesn’t take up a lot of space
