Unit looks good and works fine - the adjustment dial seems a little loose. After a few uses I have to dial it back down a bit to keep it from over toasting. My biggest problem is with the brands of bread that I usually use. The width is fine for any bread but the length could have been at least 1/2 inch longer. Every time I have to manually push the bread down to get it fully in place. Not sure if I knew this that I would have bought it anyway or looked for something different.
