Disappointed first time customer

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This toaster was the worst buy it never toasted evenly and even on the number one or two it burned the toast I will never shop at Best buy again for anything because after 2 weeks and 2 days it doesn't work and they don't take it back after 2 weeks I didn't know Best buy was that petty I could have bought a toaster anywhere come on it's a toaster but I thought Best buy was a decent place I never bought anything from there before never will again luckily I didn't lose too much money

It’s not kind of daily use item for me but it’s working well the number of times i have used. I read some reviews about not fitting a large bread slice. I have been using the large Organic bread slices and it easily gets fit in the toaster.

Good toaster but hard to clean up the bottom of it

However, when we toast smaller pancakes, they fall down to the bottom and it is very very hard to take it out. I'm not sure if it is specific to the design of this toaster but i would think someone would have thought about this....how to clean the bottom of the toaster if something falls.

Toaster for two people

I definitely can't complain about the price and it was on sale for $10 so, bonus! Previously had a cheap toaster with plastic parts that fell off over time. I cannot see that happening with this model.
