Lid latch broken and rusted inside spindle after 2 uses.

I PURCHASED THE MINI CHOPPER AS A GIFT. THE PARTY I PURCHASED IT FOR ALREADY HAD ONE SO I RETURNED IT SINCE I ALSO HAD ONE

If I could give zero starts, I would. I bought this as a Christmas present, didn't occur to me to use it before the return period just because I ordered so many things and I figured companies check their products before selling them. Wrong! After putting all the ingredients in the chopper, it didn't turned on. Contacted the Bella company a couple times by email and phone, nothing. A year warranty, lies. What a horrible product and service. Please don't buy it even if it's on sale and if you do make sure to try it a couple of times (if you are lucky and it does work) before the return policy expires.

I've had small choppers that do a great job. This one lacked power. Ill just keep using my cutting board.

Purchased two units, one worked fine, The other was dead on arrival.

Not the best quality but a decent little chopper for the deal of the day price.

I didn’t really get to use it. I accidentally broke it while opening it. Kinda fragile.

I used this thing once and the hook that’s holding the closure up on the handle broke and the grinder stopped working. Because the top on the handle can’t close properly. It defeat the purpose of me buying it. Is a piece of junk. Will not recommend it for anyone.

Good but not amazing. I prefer my ninja brand one much better... but this isn’t bad

I purchased this product May 2022. A plastic piece on the lid that holds the lid to the work bowl broke off Sept. 2022. I didn't even use the product often. I thought perhaps it was a defect, so I reached out to the company October 2022. They suggested I look to purchase the lid online. I was surprised they would not just send me a lid sense I only had the product for under 6 months. I would definitely not recommend this product. I paid under $14.00 but this was too much if it breaks within 6 months. I rated the value with 1 star because of this. I understand now why they had it on sell for more than half off. It's a hit or miss.

As soon as I opened it and saw how small the container was, I put it back in the box for return. You maybe able to slice up a couple jalapeno peppers but that`s it. Pictures are deceiving as the blades are cheap and flimsy as well

Mine stopped working after 2 weeks of use. It seems like the motor burnt out when I was chopping up my cat’s food . It smelled like it burnt . When it worked it worked really well this the 2 stars.

Its capacity is very small and it is very inconvenient to use. The build quality is also poor, with plastic parts breaking easily. It broke the second time I used it. I threw it in the trash. Not recommended to buy.
