Great Crock!

Screws on bottom were so close to touching counter we cut them off so as not to worry. Other than that I am totally satisfied with it. Little dipper is great to keep au jus heated!

Decent purchase for the price

The Low setting was so hot that it boiled constantly, and the lid didn't fit well, so it kept losing liquid. Best Buy was very accommodating. They returned w/free shipping and let me repurchase at the same price. The 2nd one - lid fits better, but not perfect. The temps seem to be more as they should be. Only other issue is that the crock on both doesn't clean well. There is always has some white residue that is extremely difficult to scrub off.
