    I waited over my 15 days to return this crockpot, so it was not returnable. The center button (+) was already depressed in when I got it out of the box and still does not work. I do not like the rubber closures on the top that you have to pull on in order to close the lid. It is smaller than my old one, so that didn't help matters. Wish I could have exchanged it.
