This was ok its just hard to determine how much of the batter to use

Great for the price that I paid but sometimes it is difficult to close.

My kids love it but to me it's way too messy and hard to clean

Build quality feels pretty cheap. But it makes waffles.

When I opened the box, big surprise. The item had a big crack. It was properly packed so it was obviously cracked from the factory. I shipped it back and couldn't get a replacement since it was not in stock so I got a refund instead.

This thing broke the first time I tried to use it. Made my first waffle and then I tried to make the next one and the handle would not lock in place anymore. I was so happy making this purchase I love Belgian waffles. And now I've got nothing. I can't even return the thing. Worst purchase ever I would never recommend this product. It made one waffle and then broke. What kind of faulty product is this. No wonder it was on a deal they we trying to get rid of bad product and still make something off them. Wish the thing would allow for no stars.

This waffle maker broke after 6 months of minimal use. A piece of the top came apart making it completely unusable. On top of that, I reached out to the company to see if it was under warranty and have not heard anything back in over 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be buying from this brand again and absolutely do not recommend to others.

I ordered this directly from the Website. When it arrived, it came used. Meaning, there was someone's hair in the plastic of the waffle maker and inside the box. The packaging was clearly opened, had been plugged in and used to cook...it was not new. I ordered it on Black Friday so I thought I was getting a good deal but wasn't expecting a used product. I took it back only to receive another one but it had been opened as well. I give up, won't try another one!

The waffles did not cook evenly. The plastic stand broke. I only used the waffle maker for one family meal.

Design was not bad, color looks nice, but it is made with cheap plastic. My unit had broken apart plastic right out of the box, I couldn’t even use the unit. Returning.

I bought this to replace old waffle maker. As this product is cheaper than old one, material and quality are poor. I used a single time after purchase. It doesn’t work, no power at all after the first time use. Very disappointed. Garbage and waste of money.

It's not the best quality but it works. I prefer Cuisinart for the quality. But this one was cheap during a deal of the day.

The waffles don’t cool evenly on both sides. The handle to rotate the waffle bed gets stuck.

Ignored all the bad reviews and ordered it online and was shipped to my house. Opened it, took it out and the handle broke just like others that mentioned in their review. Had to take it to a BestBuy and returned it. Beware, this is a poorly made waffle maker. Better look for different one if don't want to go through the trouble like me.

Mine was crappy. Not quality but then the reason i bought it was becuase of sale price.

It is a wonderful waffle iron but it came to me broken and it needs to be exchanged.

Not very impressed. Seems to have hot spots and so waffle's end up burnt in some areas consistently.

I’m all for giving everything a try. I bought this as the deal of the day for $17.99. After two weeks of using it the lever/handle no longer closed right so I can no longer use it. What a waste.

Broke in less than 30 days. Ended up takin git back.
