It looks good, is very easy to use, and very easy to clean due to the quality ceramic coating. You can quickly make up to 4 perfect waffles. No muss, no fuss, great waffles, and easy to clean...what more could you ask for!

broke 2nd time I used it

I did however purchase an extended protection plan so I will be exchanging it one day soon.

Broke on 3rd use

Poor construction and unsafe. Now outside of 30-day return period. Very dissatisfied with product and return policy.
