I had to return it due a malfunction of the product.

Waffles come out great, I was afraid that batter might stick and rip waffles apart based on seeing pictures on amazon for the same waffle maker. I am glad to report, I've experience no issues with making waffles, they have come out perfect every time and I've made about 20 waffles so far. One area of discussion is the handle, its good that it folds away (makes it easier to store away) but also feels a bit loose and wobbly, so Im extra careful. Overall the handle isn't an issue, I don't feel like it would break or fall off, I just want to say if you apply a ton of force because your doing it wrong, I feel like it may break. 5-stars on the waffles, 4 stars on that handle.

It cooks the waffles very well, heats up quick and has a nice look

I bought and cooked my first batch of waffles. Very impressed with the results. Minor adjustments and they were simply perfect. Normally I am a "whole" waffle person but with four individual smaller waffles I have more option and who doesn't like the crispy edges? The handle as someone mentioned is a little on the flimsy side but it only means I have to be a little gentle. Instructions say do not use cooking spray but I did. I think as long as I clean it immediately there should be no build up. Some habits are hard to break but maybe I will try it with only a little oil in the near future. For the price it has already paid for itself. Last time I wanted waffles I went to Dennys and that hard cold thing they brought me with cold syrup and half frozen butter was an insult to waffle lovers worldwide!

The waffle maker is so good, it can make a perfect waffle and make good, delectable waffles.

I've only used this once but I'm super happy with it! I'm not sure why there are "any" bad reviews on here. This thing works great! No complaints.

This waffle maker works very well and is easy to clean. I highly recommend this waffle maker.

Best way to make pancakes in the morning no joke!!

The outside of the waffle maker has a dent. The inside where the two pieces touch is roughly cut and when turning the handle it is loose and flimsy. When making the waffles you have to perfectly put the batter in a complex way. Otherwise it pushes batter out of the machine and a lot of batter already falls out. It also doesn't cook it evenly. I may have gotten a defective one. It seems like it. But I've never owned a Bella product before and I also got it at a great price so it may be the quality of their products. I don't know if I can still return it but it is very difficult for me too so I may just stick with it until I can buy a better one.

Broke after making three waffles. Iam very disappointed, i will never buy a Bella product again. Wasted 20 dollars. I already threw the box away so i cant return it.
