It has just enough of the bells & whistles but not too many to make it complicated to use. On/off, intense brew, programmer is all I need. It has its own basket for grounds so you don't need paper filters. Great maker for the money

What more do you need when you wake but Folgers in this machine

I was looking for a new coffee pot for my new condo. I found this one in store, on sale, so thought I would give it a try. It works amazing! It was so easy to set up, to program and to use! The reusable coffee filter is a HUGE plus as I don't have to waste money on disposable filters anymore.

I have been through many coffee makers and chose to buy this one based on the reviews. It works great, love the bold feature for when I brew bold coffee. I have had it over a month now and works great. Also love the fact I can wake up to a pot of perfect coffee. Would definitely recommend.

The lid is a little cumbersome...but well worth the money.

This is a basic machine that will do a good job at a reasonable price. I bought this coffee maker after my much more expensive Cuisinart burnt out after just two years.

This is a Christmas gift. We have not used the item yet.

I have no complaints, makes good coffee, has a bold setting, keeps coffee hot for 2 hours and has a set time which is very convenient to wake up to a full pot of coffee already made. I'm very happy with the $20 I spent on this.

So easy to use and the timer function means I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to make my husband his coffee before he goes to work. I just set it before I go to bed and the coffee maker takes care of the rest.

This coffee maker works great. It was easy to set up. Comes with the filter basket and scoop. The scoop is too small for my use but may be fine for others. No problems so far.

A little loud when it is done brewing, but great coffeemaker. Got it on sale. Cost me less than a replacement carafe for a Cuisinart coffeemaker that started cracking and leaking after a couple of years of use.

We had just bought a new Black and Decker machine 3 months ago, and it was a nightmare. The drip stopper didn't line up and it would overflow. I had to wedge a piece of cardboard in it to make it work. We really didn't want to buy another coffee maker, since we had just bought one, but we were tired of dealing with it. We wanted something designed well but not too expensive. We didn't expect to buy this one, but when we saw it at Best Buy, it such a good deal, we had to buy it. We love this one. It works well, everything lines up. No drips. Its a solid coffee maker for a good price. It looks and functions like a much more expensive machine. We have no complaints at all.

This was a repeat purchase of a Bella coffeemaker. We are really hard on coffeemakers, and our extremely hard water makes it even worse. I have had all of the major brands, and have come to the conclusion that sometimes you just have to reach outside the box. Every Bell coffeemaker I have owned works well after the warranty period. The major companies have failed, for mostly one reason. The pumps fail after a short time. But every Bella I have owned has been reliable and worked past their warranty period, which is two years instead of the standard one year. This would include carafe machines as well as single serve. If you want a coffeemaker that will work for you day after day, adn give you little problem, this is the one to get.

Don’t like the resuseable filter, leaves a film in cup and on filter

Makes great coffee, but permanent filter is difficult to both empty and clean. My solution is to use paper filters in the permanent filter -- now I have no complaints with this product.

The product provided my wife with exactly what she was looking for in a coffeemaker. It is very easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. Very good value and a great space saver. The color provides a very good appearance for the counter.

This coffee maker is fabulous, and just like the one I had before.

I was buyimg black and decker and mr coffee pots 1 a yr either they would start leaking from bottom or when you pour it in you would lose half the water.... where it went I don't know always taste like burnt coffee,,, no mater how matter how mant times you clean them.. I would make a 8 cup pot of coffee and was lucky to get 6 I was ready to but a very expensive one when I found this beauty.. Now I have a descent coffee pot.. and I know what I'm getting every time I make a [pot}...thank you Bella... a happy customer

I am really enjoying this pot. I like that you can program ahead of time & do not need coffee cup fillers. The only disadvantage is no alert warning for cleaning .This pot did replace a Hamilton Beach. I would buy again.
