I initially loved this product, and thought it was a steal at less than $30. Boy, was I wrong. When pouring water into the reservoir, or coffee into my cup, unless you pour at precisely the exact angle, you WILL spill water n coffee EVERYWHERE! Secondly, the basket into which the coffee drains into the coffee pot, the piece on the bottom w the spring comes off every time I clean it. Luckily, my wife has tiny hands, and she can place the cheap rubber disc over the drain tip, inside the basket. I wanted to love this product, but after only a few months, am regretting this purchase. Will be going out tomorrow to buy a new one. Piece of junk!

After reading all of the reviews from various department stores and being even more conflicted, I went to the Best Buy website and saw just what I wanted for a more than reasonable price!! I love the user friendly ease of use and I use it every day. Thank you Best Buy! It is also very easy to clean and no leaks!!! YEAH!!!

Easy to program for the next morning and it seems to brew very hot (much hotter than my previous coffee pot). I'm not a big fan of the permanent filter as it's hard to clean. Also, at first, the coffee brewed had a plastics taste to it but that has went away with use. Overall, a good product.
