The carafe however is shaped so that when you pour the water or coffee it runs down the side, other that that it is a good deal for the money

Plastic exterior cracked and leaked

When I took out of box upon purchase, noticed how light and thin the plastic was. Fast forward not even two years and the plastic cracked causing the unit to leak extensively. The coffeepot itself is very thin and the entire time I used it, worried it would shatter. Had to be extremely careful when handling it. Did like the stop brew function and permanent cone filter included. Will not purchase a Bella again. Had an older Braun that lasted for many, many years. Quite disappointed.

Don't need the programmable feature, which simply allows one to have the unit start at a set time. There's no way to change strength of brew except by adding more coffee.

All I saw with others friends do not have a good characteristics. Also since I bought this item, I save more money than before. I love coffee and I spend more money for that.

Great Coffee Maker

The only problem is that you have to keep reprogram the coffee maker every day to make coffee at the time you desire. It does not save the settings. Other than that it's great.
