Great coffee pot. Only thing is I wish the handle on the carafe was stronger because I already had one of these coffee makers and the handle on the pot came loose from the glass.

It makes coffee, but I have to put a folded wash cloth underneath the carafe in order to open the drip. Otherwise, the water stays in the maker and overflows

Had the coffee pot approx. 5 months, and the thumb-button on the lid broke (spring came off) This is a 2-year warranty product. Called Best Buy, they passed-the-buck, to manufacturer, Sensio, Inc. Called Sensio/Bella, a week ago. My call got dis-connected twice. They asked me what the problem was - 3 TIMES, due to poor phone connection, and poor english. Was assigned a 'reference number', THEN had to email copy of receipt, and a picture of a sticker (on the bottom of product). Then got an email asking what was wrong with the product. That was last week. Called again, today (5th call) with ref.#, to ask about replacement, and person on the phone was "uploading my pictures/emails" to the Claims Dept. Said I'd be getting yet another email, once the "research" was done, on my claim. For a $40.00 MSRP product, they make the warrany process as complicated, as possible.

in a whole it is ok however the carafe is a very bad design- it spills/leaks as you pour your coffee no matter how slow you pour. LOL and I usually am not slow-especially with coffee!

Pretty basic coffee maker. Lately is has been clogging up. There is a spring that is supposed to allow coffee to drip and it doesn't engage correctly. I don't use this regularly, don't machine wash it, nothing. No good reason for it to be worn out already. Also, the grinds holder cup was defective from day 1, the handle was not manufactured correctly and I had to take it off.

Little device in basket that allows you to pour coffee during brewing broke in the first week or two. That feature is not usually important to me so didn't bother returning.

This coffee maker is way over priced for the very few functions that it has it's great at brewing coffee just overpriced for what it is!!!

I really like the style of the machine, however I hate the glass pot. As I pour coffee I have a mess because of the design of the sprout

I bought this coffee maker because I wanted a 12 cup coffee maker, but I am really disappointed with this coffee maker. it is extremely noisy, I had another (Bella coffee maker 14 cups) but that one was a lot quieter than this one. you can hear it across the room. I wanted a coffee maker, not an alarm clock!!

You put the water in the tank, the coffee in the cone filter, close the lid and press ON and it makes the coffee by drip method

The price was great but does not make great coffee. Have to clean it too often because the coffee comes out too slow.

it drips when pouring and sometimes it doesn't fill to capacity

The design of this coffee maker needs some work. First, the automatic feature, where you can set it up the night before and have a nice pot of coffee waiting for you when you get up in the morning, was extremely hard to program. Only once was I able to get it to actually start at the time it was programmed. Plus, from all appearances, you had to reprogram it each time you wanted it to go off automatically. The biggest design flaw, though, is that the water wouldn't drain. The basket with the coffee grounds filled up but the device at the bottom that let the brewed coffee into the carafe never worked. Even though I tried a number of times to find the sweet spot that allowed the brew through, it never happened. I'm just glad I never filled the water reservoir all the way. It would have been a mess if the coffee had flowed out the top rather than through the proper channel.
