    Had this delivered and set it up according to instructions, but water kept splattering all over the place and leaking out the back all over the counter. Tried 2 more times to get it going and the same thing happens each time. I finally drove to the closest city that had a bestbuy to return it for a refund. Bought a French press instead and am 100% happier I did. The French press makes the best tasting coffee I've ever drank!

    Leaked everywhere

    The coffee pot doesn't really fit properly to push the part on the top of the machine up. Therefore when you start the machine the water for some reason will take another bath and leak everywhere and won't fill up the pot. It made such a mess. I am not sure, It could be only one machine that was defective. Maybe all of them. I didn't try to exchange it for another one.

    Poor Purchase

    The knob-looking piece on the bottom of the filter randomly fell off after a few uses (max. 5 uses and within 2 months). I emailed the manufacturer twice inquiring about a manufacturer’s warranty replacement and no response for over a week.

    Have to use clothes pin to put in right angle ....

    This coffee maker is the biggest piece of crap I have ever purchased. I should of been weary when it didn’t level correctly on any surface. I went to cleaning it and poured some water into the reserve and next thing I know it is coming out of the bottom spilling everywhere. Guess I’m not having coffee tomorrow

    This coffee maker leaves a bitter taste

    The second time we cleaned the brew basket the spring came out that holds the piece for the auto stop. I contacted the manufacturer and never received a reply. Now the coffee pot handle is cracking and falling away from the pot. We have always hand washed these items and they were never mishandled. Basically it is poor quality and design.

    while this coffee maker is quite attractive, it is not easy to set up. thecpot sometimes does not allow the water to flow through the grinds and down into the pot. This causes a backup, and the grounds wind up spilling all over. The filter only sits properly when installed in the right direction and the cover is very hard to open.

    Followed all the directions for set up, but water sputtered all over the counter and leaked out the back. Tried running it two more times, according to directions, same result each time. Finally took it all the way back to the store for a refund. Purchased a French press and am way happier!!

    it stopped working after 6 months of use. we have total 4 four of this model. first one lasted forever. 2nd last a year, 3rd stopped working after 6 months and last one came with a defect.

    Reservoir leaks, clock difficult to see

    After setting the coffee maker up for a delay start, i happened to notice water under it. Within a couple hours all 6 cups of water leaked out. Clock is difficult to see.

    Paid $40 for the machine and it just stopped working out of nowhere!!! Since we didn’t pay the insurance now I’m stuck with a broken coffee maker and def trying to get a k-Cup machine

    After a month when a coffee cycle would finish it would start clicking on and off repeatedly until unplugged from the wall and cooled down.
