This is a very nice coffee maker for the price. We are very happy with all of the features, except for the permanent filter that is included. This machine uses a special size filter so you can't substitute your gold filters for this one. It has cheap plastic handles and so one of these was the first thing to break after only a few uses. If you are dumping coffee grounds, you have to be very careful not to hit the cheap plastic to hard to get them out. I called the company to see if they would replace it and was told that they don't stock those. I would have to call Best Buy and see what they could do for me. Since it was a Christmas gift, purchased in early December and no locations near where the item is being used, I haven't done anything about it. So far the coffee maker is working fine and the set up is easy. I would not buy it again because of this issue.

I love the look of this Coffee Maker. It is very user friendly. The caraffe pours easily and without mess. I would buy again.

When I accidentally put grounds through the water tank of my girlfriend's expensive coffee maker I was sure I was going to be spending a mint securing a replacement. I came across this find on the Best Buy website and it has everything I need without extra features that the average before work drinker doesn't want to deal with. It's got a bold setting, a timer, and an on and off switch and to boot it's a very handsome maker with a handsome pot to match. We are both very happy and Best Buy's pickup process was smooth as usual.

This is the third Bella coffee maker that I have purchased. The first one I damaged by keeping it on with no water, the second one just quit. Best Buy made good on the guarantee and I have the third maker right now. I did purchase the insurance as it was a deal. The Bella makes excellent coffee so will see how long it lasts.

Well made coffee pot. The chrome finish is nice looking and adds charm. Like the fact that it can be programmed and it has a metal filter.

Machine replaced a coffee espresso combo that was beyond old. Makes great coffee and is easy to set time and program. Not needing a filter as it has a built in filter is a huge bonus and can save you having to fumble around for a filter in the event you forget to program it the night before. Cord is a good length and can roll under the machine if need to conceal a little. Very pleased with the quality and ability of this.

It works great. Always a great cup of coffee each time I use it. I like the size, it fits good on my counter top.

This is a great coffee maker for the money. It has a bold setting which I enjoy & u can preset the machine to wake up to a pot of coffee. It’s very easy to program as well. The only negative I have, but was a very simple fix, was leakage when pouring. If u lift the lid on the pot when pouring water into the maker or coffee into the cup, problem solved. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This coffee maker works great. I really like that it has a timer. Make it faster for the hubby to get ready in the morning.

It looks great, and easy to clean. A big plus is the clock and timer are easy to set. Very happy with it.

Very attractive coffee maker. Fairly easy to utilize and program. I do wish I had a traditional filter instead of a reusable.

Has all the features one would look for such as pause and serve and times brewing. Makes great tasting coffee. Although it takes about 20 min to brew, I personally like the bold setting. About 10 mins to brew on normal. Oh, and I got this for $15 to replace a ninja coffee maker. I'm happy and would buy again.
