Great coffee maker especially with the programmable options only downfall is that the amount of cups does not equal the correct amount. Had to premeasure a few times to make sure that for 2 cups worth of coffee I wanted the amount of water had to be more than what it states.

Bought this coffee maker to replace a mister coffee that was failing. Really love the cone shaped reusable basket. Seems to make a stronger cup of coffee using the same amount of grounds. The chrome trim goes well with my stainless appliances. So far I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I have been very impressed with this coffee maker for the price I paid. I went back to a full maker after having the keurig styles for so long and I have loved the switch back thanks to this machine. Makes Bold if chosen and it makes a pot of coffee FAST!! Love the reusable filter cup too!

Very satisfied with the brewing process, itself, but design lacks a bit. There are 2 slots in the back of the coffee maker where the water is stored for the brewing process. When a full 12 cups of water is poured into the tank, the water level comes right up to the bottom of those 2 slots. If the coffee maker were to be bumped, water would come out of the back of it, spilling onto the counter. Condensation also forms under the coffee maker lid while brewing and so when you open the lid to remove the coffee grinds, the water runs down the lid and drips onto the back of the coffee maker. For the money, it does what it's supposed to do and I like that I can program it so that my coffee is ready when I walk into the kitchen in the morning.

I purchased this coffee maker as a replacement and upgrade to a previous Bella model. This coffee maker did not disappoint. It's easy to use and set up. I am very pleased with the bold flavor selection. I'm also very pleased with the "keep warm" function as well as the brew time display.

I viewed this item on site for a price, went to the store and had a lesser price, how could I say no - and made my first cup of coffee and WOW - great coffee and I have yet to stop; quick drip, warm keeper, perfect.

I am completely satisfied with this product and love how nice it is for the price. Large pot is perfect for my house and I love being able to set the timer and wake to hot fresh joe every morning

Brews a good cup of coffee; offers a BOLD function which would probably make it brew even slower. The pause brew function (by removing carafe to pour a cup) is the best I have ever used in a drip coffee maker. No drips!

This coffee machine is way better than i expected. I didn't want a fancy expensive machine, i just wanted something to make good hot coffee more than one cup at a time at a cheap price. This was definitely the coffee machine i needed!
