Returned unable to remove the strong taste of melting plastic

It served it's purpose of being able to either choose Keurig or ground beans but it stopped working within 8 months. Not worth it. I went back to a drip coffee maker.

I bought this for work. I don’t like that you have to measure the water of the cup size your using or it will just keep pouring out. I didn’t know at first walked away and came back to coffee all over my desk. The inside also rust after 6 months .

Now I know why it was on Clearance. Water doesn't get hot enough; when using with your own coffee it makes a terrible mess that is extremely difficult to clean up. Coffee grinds everywhere! Would return it if I could!

I had to return this item after several attempts to clean and brew coffee. I used a whole box of K-cups without being able to get rid of the taste of melted plastic.

Had to send the power cord back to the company in Canada and it cost me $10.99 to mail it and get a replacement.

Coffee machine loses the paint after a few weeks and since more than 15 days went by BB WILL NOT EXCHANGE

Broke after less than two months, didn't think I needed the insurance. Now I am out $25.00!

Doesn't work well. Either too much water or not enough. Not consistent

Great machine if you like half of a cup of coffee.

Purchased primarily due to compact size and good price point. No problems so far. As mentioned in other reviews, can be quite loud, pretty slow. Heats water very well, good brew at middle setting. As in all I've used, including Keurig, much milder brew in drip mode.

This was a purchase of a "k-cup" style coffeemaker for my wife's birthday. She has been wanting a single serve coffeemaker and her birthday was the perfect time to find one. After much online searching of reviews, cost and availability, I settled on the Bella DualBrew. Having the option to also brew is a plus. Since our purchase we have made several cups and are thoroughly pleased. The coffee and hot chocolate have been excellent. I heartily recommend this coffeemaker as a wonderful alternative to the Keurig.

I have been using the coffemaker for over a month now.. It works great with the grounds adapter. I recently tried using the K-cup. It does not brew the amount of water I put in. I use the same amount for the grounds and K-cup but I have to press the button twice to get the full 10 ounces for the K-cup.

a single cup brewer that's especially versatile, and for the price, makes everything else seem like a waste of money.

Bought this item at Best Buy this week and it simply cannot get past the heating stage to brew water. The previous Bella Dual Brew I purchased broke within a few months with only minimal use. I tried to go through the Bella company for warranty service only to find I had to pay to ship the defective units back. In reading online reviews from several retailers I see that customers have had the same trouble I had with these units for years. Not recommended.

Sprayed hot water all over my counter upon first use. I reset everything but it still sprays water out the top despite everything being correctly installed. I'll buy an actual Keurig for 4 times the price and save myself from cleaning up another mess.
