The only negative is that it's not as secure as I would like. It seems like it's missing a screw or something even though it's not

We are able to quickly cook up some burgers, chicken patties, etc. With it just being my wife and we needed a quick way and this solved that need.

If you're grilling thinner slices of meat it'll be fine, but for normal sizes, I don't like the way it cooks.

Works great but cleaning can be a chore

Since the plates are not removable and you cannot submerge it in water it requires a lot of elbow grease. The grease draining holes also get clogged up and its tricky to clean in there.
