Great Product, Limited Instructions

I was hoping for a recipe guide and timing instructions for different meats. This is probably a great product for someone who is already an avid cook, but, for those of us scared of salmonella and uncertain in the kitchen, I think there may be better options.

Fast little cooking buddy

Nice little grill, but pain in the butt to clean

It works great however, there is no way to properly clean it. The grill grates do not come off so you have to gingerly clean it without getting water everywhere, If they were to come out, it would be 5 stars. I made slider burgers on it and chicken breast, but got fed up with cleaning it.
