Great juicer for first time users
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is our third one we juice about 2 gallons every three days and the biggest down fall is the top keeps cracking but with the Best Buy replacement warranty it’s a supper deal especially if you’re not sure if juicing is for you.

Poorly job !!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have only used it 5 times and everytime I push in a carrot, it will not cut it all!! I will leave a big piece going around in the cutting area and will get the motor stuck and I have to manually turn in off! Unfortunately, I opened the package at a later time and used it so I am days after Best Buy return date so will be calling the manufacturer for their warranty. I recommend Breville The Juice Fountain Cold JE430SIL!!

Plastic Juice

During the second time juicing, the tube where you’d feed the vegetables through, the plastic part got shredded on the bottom. This happened twice with two different juicers of this same model. My family wasted a ton of money on fresh produce that we bought specifically for juicing. Huge disappointment. We followed the guidelines in the manual for proper use, too.
