Our died after only 2 weeks. The motor started smoking and the internet parts started to grind on each other. Now the 2 weeks of use we got where all very good. We used it twice a day, 5 days a week. If Best Buy had another on in stock I would have given it another try.

Not a bad juicer. But definitely can be tedious to clean. And the yields are not as much as my other juicers

most of the time you lose all the fruit to use this device.

I am new to juicing and wanted something to see if I would like it. Well it lasted 3 days I juiced carrots beets apples celery and tomatoes on day 3 it just stopped working and the plastic part that locks it just broke off. Also I tried to juice kale I got about 1oz out of a big bag it will not juice leaf. good thing it was under the 14 days Best buy gives you which I believe is to little most all stores have 30 days but either way I have ordered a better brand for just a little more and so far so good. Oh clean up 90% of them are a pain to clean that's just part of juicing

I purchased this item on May 1, 2022. Today, May 27, 2022 while juicing, I heard this weird grinding noise - not from the cucumbers and apples (all cut) that were in the juicer, and then there was a smell and then smoke. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!

It’s a good product, but it ceases to work sometimes,and it comes on by itself,I don’t understand why.

Doesn't extract enough to make it worth it. I bought $50 worth of fruits and vegetables and I was able to make 6 small shakes. Not worth it.

I think it would serve greater purpose with a stronger motor. Ginger or uncut apples or harder. It will start smoking from overload.

I didnt bother to try to use this juicer because it is to big and I had no space for it.

Bulky and takes awhile to clean. Otherwise, the very well at juicing my veggies and fruits.

Waste my money. Does do vegetables or fruits good every left into it

This juicer literally exploded the 4th time I used it. I was juicing grapefruit that was peeled & quartered. The clear plastic part exploded and shot a chunk of plastic out and it hit me in the chest. It sounded like a gunshot. It scared the bejeezus out of me. And it made a huge mess. There was grapefruit all over my kitchen and all over me. It was even on the ceiling. EVERYWHERE. I immediately contacted Bella since it was just 4 days old, it should be covered under the warranty, right? The guy I talked to told me to email in my issue and photos, and I did right then - and now, it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from the company, and now it's out of the return window with Best Buy. I was originally fine with just getting a replacement, but now I do not wish to own this brand. Clearly they don't care about making cheap, low quality products, and they don't care that they could hurt someone. I'll never buy another Bella product again and neither should you.

This was a pretty decent juicer, but it just didn't work well for properly juicing celery, which is what I bought it for.

The item material is of poor quality. The acid in the fruits and vegetables would damage the plastic real fast.

Good juicer. Just messy when it comes to clean up. Difficult to remove the strainer for cleansing.

It does not have much power, parts are very delicate and does not process well, leaves a lot of residue

I am going to say average because i have not opened or tried it yet.
