Waste of money

Poor quality. Did not even lasted a month

I don't even use it excessively. After only a few use it started to smoke and produce a burnt smell. I found out that the plastic at the bottom of the blade is scratching other plastic surface. I was not able to use it since then. What a waste of money!

Very bad design

It could not even grind carrots. Every time we put mini carrots, it is stuck, and you could smell the plastic burning inside the machine. it could a defectives unit that I got. I threw away the original box, so I am not sure if Best Buy accept the exchange or return. But definitely stay out of this model.

Plastic burn after 3 weeks of use

The Base Wears Out Easily

Faulty juicer that shave plastics into your juice

It wobbled very badly second time while juicing and started shaving plastic from the bowl (whatever you call it with the attached spout). This is caused by the strainer being unseated while vibrating. Really bad experience drinking plastic in my juice. There are a few of this type of reviews. Buyers BEWARE!!!
