Lies about warranty

The manufacturer says they offer a manufacturer’s warranty, but if you bought it online, they will not accept the receipt. I reached out to Best Buy twice, and that is the only receipt they can send.

Dead on arrival

It came almost assembled, and it says it will not turn on if anything is not correctly assembled. We could not find anything wrong. It never turned on. A waste of time and money. Don't even bother

Hard to Clean!

This juicer is the worst

Juicer

Juicer is not safe

Please dont buy this product ever

On first occasion support never answered phone. And on second occasion they said it will take time and there ia no guarantee that I will get refund back.

Not a good products

We tried to juice apples, cucumber, ginger and some greens. The machine did not even grind it down properly. The collection box had chunks of apple and other stuff in it. We returned this product.

Having tried it twice with apples only, then mixed fruits with kale I remained unimpressed, Too much time wasted cleaning up.
