The instructions are very clear, just have to follow along. Quick tip: don’t wait too long to pour the batter once the READY light goes on, it gets very hot.

After you flip be ready to take waffle off as soon a green light comes back on. They will be too done if leave on after that.

Decent affordible Waffle Maker

While I can't tell how the long term life is gonna be yet, we've used it a few times, and everything has worked fine, and the Waffles have come out great.
