I thought it would be a great idea... but i could be using it incorrectly. It does get hot but its still a bit messy if you dont add a few things like paper towels and some.sort

Unfortunately, it didn’t last 5 minutes out of the box. We followed the directions to wipe off the plates to clean them, plugged it in and it started heating. About 5 minutes later both lights went out and it stopped heating. This one was defective…probably a bad heating element or safety sensor. Returned it to the store for a refund.

This waffle maker broke into 2 part during our 2nd day of usage . I never knew Bella makes such flimsy products. We just wasted our money and time on this waffle maker. Very disappointed with our overall experience with this product

Perfect product for my daughter ... She can make her own. It's very easy to use ... She love it.

Plastic stand is so flimsy 1st one was broken in it's protective shipping styrofoam. It was replaced by BestBuy but I replaced it with a Cuisinart I found on sale later. The Bella line seems cheaply made.

I'm not sure if I got a lemon, but it never got hot enough to cook the waffles at a reasonable speed. Also, the clamshell part won't stay level. It was cheap but I didn't expect it to be that bad; returned it promptly and ended up getting a Cuisinart waffle maker instead.

Straight to the point nonstick waffle maker. Does what its supposed to and have had no issues. But i only have used it once.

Came out of the box broken. The hinge is made out of the most brittle sewer pipe plastic known to man. The handle is made of the same plastic, and I can break it apart between my fingers. This is the epitome of chinesium. 0 stars for non functioning appliance unfit for its intended purpose.

Usually we are fan of affordable Bella products but this one kinda disappointed us. Inspite of making waffles many times, the plastic smell is pretty strong and that's made us dislike this product.

Fell apart on second use. Couldn't get it back together. Got frustrated. Threw it away. Too far away to return it.

I ordered a cheap waffle iron to keep my card from being cancelled due to non use. It went from Fresno to New Jersey (I live in Washington state) and got delayed somehow. Amazon could have delivered same day. Then...I get a notice of some fraud activity on my card. So not happy.

This was a great deal and we love waffles so its a perfect gift

before even being pulled out of package pieces were falling out It was cracked it several areas Had to return it and worried if I tried a new order it would be broken in pieces as well

It went bad after the first use. Not sure whether it is a problem with our plug-in or it is of poor quality.

Love using this waffle maker, and it's still wonderful to use it whenever, not just for breakfast!

The waffle maker worked amazing the first two times I used it. Yesterday I noticed it would not flip and lock to complete the cooking process. I diagnosed the issue as a switch in the handle of the waffle maker. Outside of the return period which is disappointing.

The waffle maker is great. Aturdy and fast. Good for making large quantities waffles

Don't make waffles very much this unit didn't lasts very long before it stopped working

This waffle maker is perfect! Brought it as a early Christmas gift for the family.

I was very surprise with the waffle maker. It’s easy to use. I would recommend.
