My dad tried to use a cheater wire and nothing happened so it was completely dead I wouldn’t recommend buying this at all

Unfortunately it worked for one meal and I had to return it. I purchased another which heated but immediately turned off. I’m so disappointed and will not purchase another Bella product. The power light comes on when plugged in but the unit does not warm up. Do not recommend this item.

It was lucky I looked at the pic he left and the address was in the pic.
