The only downfall I've noticed is that once the food is done, if you dont open the pot, the steam gets trapped and makes the food less crispy. But overall, I've enjoyed this product and use it all the time.

Other than that mild inconvenience i like it

Loud and smoky

This appliance is noisy and smokes terribly-it set off our fire alarm on the two occasions that we gave it. Due to the purchase being the end of November, and us just opening it to use in February, we can’t return it and are just out what we paid. I would say not to waste your money on this but maybe the appliance we got was just defective!

The one thing I wish I could change is the preheat setting. It automatically preheats rather than an optional preheat. When I am busy I want to start cooking and just have to go a little longer rather than having to preheat first every time.

I got it on sale, so it was a great buy.

The indoor Grill and Air Fryer is perfect when i dont want to go outside in the heat to grill. My steak and burgers came out like they were grilled on the outside grill. Love it

It does not take up a ton of counter space like some air fryers do, and it has so many different cooking features that makes my life easier. I have gotten quite a bit of family members turned on this as well! Highly recommend!
