Customers are saying

Customers regard the 10.5-qt. 5-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer favorably for its ease of use, large size and cooking capacity, and generally positive cooking performance. Many appreciate its design and find it to be a good value for the price. However, some customers note that the preheat time is lengthy, and a few experienced issues with an initial chemical smell and less-than-intuitive controls.

Very powerful! Only drawback is the drawer is really heavy, it needs some kind of drawer stop to keep it from falling out. I’m constantly trying to hold the drawer with one hand while putting food in and out.

Love that you can put the grill "oven," in the dishwasher. Only has preset foods to cook. You have to guess at how to select to cook other foods

Two weeks after using it for a couple meals a day, it stopped working on several settings. Also, the machine's smell does weaken, but never goes away. It's very off-putting and makes you think twice about whether you really want to fill your kitchen with that smell every time you cook with it. However, Bella gave me great customer service and a full refund.

I don't like how you have to use preheat. But I do like the look of it and the surface space is excellent.

A great upgrade to our first air fryer. The wide design works better than the deep for steaks, filets, and larger amounts. The only drawback is it preheats like an oven so it does take a bit longer.

If you want a set it and forget cooking device dont go for this one. You need to preheat and then put your food in. It says on thr box it goes to 500 but it really only goes to 400. Smells terrible. Not a healthy smell.

This bad boy is awesome, definitely an upgrade from our last air fryer! The space to cook and options work well for a variety of different foods. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an upgrade but not wanting to brake the bank.

This was a BB DotD. Fantastic price. My air fryer was too small for piźza. This replaced the fryer and my other indoor grill. Very happy with operation after a few months.

Once we figured how to use it, we luv it. The pre heat feature is not optional but once warmed up works great and by the way only takes a few minutes to pre heat.

OK, I really really like this thing. I have used a couple air fryers in the past, a couple toaster ovens, indoor grills etc. They all have their nice points and their detractors. The Bella Pro Series 10.5-qt. 5-in-1 works really well. I am using this in a camper where space is at a premium and you need to watch how much power you are drawing at any one moment. I have been able to use both this and the microwave at the same time, while the kids are watching TV. The small form factor fits well on the counter and is able to be pulled away from the wall on the counter so the hot air blowing out the back is not damaging the wallpaper. The design is sleek and modern, but I am not a fan of the touch panel. It is glossy and collects fingerprints faster than a stainless steel fridge. The controls are mostly intuitive and simple to learn. Now, for the testing. First to go into the oven was some bread to make toast. Why it needs to pre-heat for toast is strange, but is what it is. I found you should just ignore the timer for the toasting setting and watch it brown to your taste. I also have done frozen waffles with the same precaution. Both cooked well and were tasty. After that went all in and air fried some frozen nuggets and fries, following the instructions on their respective bags. Juicy, crispy and hot. Better than the fast food joints. How bout some dessert? Using some pre-made cookie dough, I used the oven setting (the pizza button) and the round pizza pan to make 8 cookies. Other than the convection part shortening the cook time to where I almost burned the first batch, it went well. The next night was Sunday Night Football and what better way than a appetizer night? Potato skins, Jalapeno Poppers, Moz Sticks and some fries all went in and were enjoyed. Last night, the kids and I made pizza. We rolled out the dough, put the sauce and toppings on and into the oven. Wow, that was easy. One downside was that I used the pizza pan and the middle of the dough on the bottom wasn't fully cooked before the rest of it was. Next time, I will precook the dough for a few minutes. This morning, I popped some cinnamon buns into it. Cleanup is fairly easy. Really, the only thing I wish was included would be a 10x10 baking sheet. The pizza pan works, but you are losing a lot of space when you are baking something.

I've used it a couple of times so far and I feel like I have to use the pre-sets for it to work. I want to be able to just enter the time & temp and go without having to do the pre-set. Would be easier to use the pre-sets if you could just touch it verses pressing the three line symbol until you reach the setting. I can't return it nor would I buy it again.
