Don't buy - Touch buttons hard to use.

It's practically impossible to stop a cooking setting to change it. Only the lower level of buttons are usable, and even then, hard to specify many details. Left the use exasperated, and will aim to return the machine.

My mom tried to heat up some bread when she first got this air frier and it left behind a really funky burnt chemical smell in the house. Not sure if she used it wrong but it never really worked for us.

Need to upgrade. Until then, it stays in the box.

It’s perfect until the fan stops working

Why not just give your money away?

I received it a with in a day plastic decorative parts start falling off. It was just sitting on the counter. You only have prep program options ( you can change time and temperature) but it's a pain. Also if something finishes the cooking cycle but is still not done the machine wants to restart the pre heat. Not sure if this is a problem with all or just the one I got but at 20 days old it is already having problems. Food doesn't heat up as it should or the machine it's self just turns off. With Best Buys 15 day return window I would say "stay clear" trying to work with manufacture has also been a long painful process.

DOA

When I turned the power on, the "menu" of cooking options didn't appear; only, the shrimp option showed? I tried powering it on/off several times and unplugging and plugging back in and the menu appeared once briefly and disappeared. Obviously, there was an electronics defect. Returned it to Best Buy. I'm not keeping anything that does not even work out of the box!
