Customers are saying
Customers regard the 10.5-qt. 5-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer favorably for its ease of use, large size and cooking capacity, and generally positive cooking performance. Many appreciate its design and find it to be a good value for the price. However, some customers note that the preheat time is lengthy, and a few experienced issues with an initial chemical smell and less-than-intuitive controls.

Too bulky
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned a few air fryers over the years. This is really nothing special. It’s exceptionally bulky and difficult to store anywhere but on the countertop, which isnt really an option for me.

Solid cooking performance, but...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid cooking performance, but the controls aren't as intuitive as I'd expect them to be. The Bella Pro Series 10.5 qt 5-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer is a solid cooking appliance. It's a master of both the breaded, crispy things we normally cook in air fryers - fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets, and pizza rolls - and a solid performer with the things we like to grill - burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, and veggies. If you can get past its interface, you'll want at least two of these in your kitchen. Unpacking is a breeze. While I'm not a fan of Styrofoam, my unit was shipped safely to me, ready to go. The crisper tray, grill insert, and small pizza pan all came packed in bubble wrap. Setup is easy, usage is so-so. While the unit does a great job at cooking once it is set up, I'm not a fan of having a single button to switch through its pre-programmed modes - the display panel uses the hamburger/three lines button to switch among those, instead of having a more intuitive touch the button for this mode control scheme. People that have owned other brands of air fryers in the past with multiple cooking modes will find this annoying at first. Like I said, this unit cooks well. I tested chicken, fries, steak, burgers, sides, and a manual cooking mode. This unit pre-heats the cooking area no matter which mode you use; I find this useful for cooking grilled meats and veggies as it gets the grill searing hot, but a little annoying for cooking fries (though they were the best air fryer fries I've ever had.) The manual cooking mode was used to reheat some gluten-free pizza, and I'm happy to report that it came out just right. The grill insert is that it is light, which means it loses its heat relatively quickly compared to other units out there. If you're grilling anything, you'll need to be quick when it is time to flip it. However, it's not a deal-breaker as the non-stick surface makes it very easy to clean. Also, one other thing missing from other air fryers is a "shake" or "flip" timeout, which I've found invaluable for cooking things over a long time period or that are more sensitive to being overcooked. All in all, it's a solid air fryer. Those coming from other brands might miss a feature here and there, but those of you new to air fryers will find the Bella Pro Series 10.5 qt Indoor Grill and Air Fryer to be an invaluable countertop friend.

Perfect Grill / Oven Replacement
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Air fryers are a dime a dozen nowadays as they have rendered conventional ovens nearly obsolete for many occasions. However, this product by Bella goes above and beyond by incorporating a grill component as well. To which, it has done this near perfectly as I rarely find myself using our full size grill and oven anymore. Right out of the box the aesthetic is very sleek with the large window being a major plus. Additionally, the product feels extremely well made as it is by no means light and flimsy. Being plug and play with the power outlet it couldn`t have been any easier to get started. For an even easier use there are eight presets (Pizza, Fish, Bread, Shrimp, Chicken, Steak, Fries, and Dehydrating) to which I do find myself using them often. The directions are extremely straightforward though and with there really only being five pieces in the entire system it couldn`t be easier to use. Another feature I like about this product is the size as it fits many things that smaller air fryers can`t as I have even put a pizza in this to cook. Clean up is also a breeze as I have learned the hard way with previous air fryers and countertop ovens that it is much easier to just clean everything quickly after every use to which the nooks and crannies on this product are minimal and a breeze to wipe down. Overall, this air fryer / grill combo has everything you could ask of as it has that high-end look and the performance backs it up. I have thrown a multitude of meals at this product the past two weeks and I have yet to be disappointed. For that reason I can`t recommend this product enough for the those in the market for an air fryer as the slight additional cost definitely is worth the added grill feature and small quality of life details.

Good Air Fryer/Grill - Not A Replacement
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The air fryer craze seems to be fading or even faded, but there's still a time and a place for these appliances. They do offer a healthier approach to some foods and they're certainly convenient. My goal with this was to replace my oil fryer as much as possible and the indoor grilling option seemed like a good option for those winter months where outdoor grilling isn't possible. I have mixed results for both. The air fryer portion is fine, but has significant flaws that seem to plague all of them. The crunch on breaded foods isn't the same as oil frying and that takes a lot away from the texture. However, the taste is nearly the same if you follow the cooking instructions provided. Don't expect the same results as oil frying, but also relish the fact that you're not eating a bunch of oil to get that crisp. It heats up quickly and does a good job of circulating that heat to evenly cook everything so it makes a good air fryer. The indoor grill portion I don't think I'll be using very much. I find it more of a midway point between actual grilling and microwaving. It doesn't have the flavor of grilling and it's not as fast as microwaving. However, it does cook the food evenly and doesn't have that lack of flavor associated with microwaves. It strikes me as an old school broiler (with char lines). The size is actually cumbersome to maintain in your kitchen unless you have countertops designed for it. Make no mistake, this is another full size appliance on par with a microwave, mixer, or deep fryer. If it let me get rid of those other appliances, the size wouldn't be so bad, but I can't so it's just more space. It does have a nice, sleek look that is modern and tries to blend into the background. The digital front is nice, easy to clean, and easy to read. No complaints there. The actual area inside is pretty impressive too. You can do a smaller pizza, multiple chicken breasts, a couple of steaks and more (separately) of like sized food. We were even able to do a full meal of chicken breasts, baked potatoes, and corn for two by adding food in at different times. That should give you a good idea of the compartment size. It is also a little noisy. You can still carry on a conversation while it's in use, but you will have to up your volume a little bit to be sure. It's not a bad appliance by any means, but I think it just tries to do too much or sells itself as more than it is. If you want a good air fryer and a sometimes replacement for the microwave, don't hesitate to grab it. But don't think it'll replace a grill or microwave (though you will probably be able to dump the deep fryer).

Compact and competent - cooks well
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Summary: The Bella Pro Series - 10.5-qt. 5-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer is a compact and competent device what will fit well under your cabinets. It’s great for impromptu cooking and delivers on its 5 in 1 promise. Pros: • Pull out cooking drawer, so you can slide this under a cabinet and still use it. • Big enough for a family. • Preheat grill feature for that authentic grilled searing look. • Easy to clean. Cons: • Over drawer is too shallow for a whole 3lb chicken. Matter of Taste: • Physical instruction booklet, in these days I appreciate not having to start by scanning with my smart phone. • Didn’t care for the control interface that makes me scroll through the presets menu by continuously pressing on the button. More Detail: The oven comes with an actual physical 16-page Instruction/ Maintenance booklet with just enough information to get you started. It contains a temperature/ cooking guideline table and general use information. The size is compact enough to fit on a typical kitchen counter with cabinets above. The cooking unit has a pull-out cooking drawer which can be an advantage as compared to similar models from other manufacturers that open from the top (where there may not be enough clearance under a cabinet). The unit comes with 3 accessories: a 10” round baking pan, a grill insert with handles and an air fryer insert. All of the accessories have a PFOA-free, non-stick coating. Oven: The oven has enough capacity for cooking for a family. The exterior of the oven does not get overly hot even when running the oven at its highest temperature of 500°F. One “con” for the oven design is that the oven drawer is too shallow to roast a whole 3 or 4 lb chicken. It will fit a whole chicken if split and laid flat (spatchcocked) or cut into pieces. Display panel/ cooking presets: The unit has preset cooking/ timer settings for pizza, fish, bread, steak, chicken, fries, shrimp, dehydrate and ability to manually set the cooking time and temperature. The control pad is not a touchpad except for power, menu and manual time/ temperature. To select the food preset or manual cook option you need to continuously press the menu button to scroll through the preset options. The preset features are nice however I find that I will typically use manual settings as presets do not account for the size or thickness of the food being cooked to avoid over cooking. Grill feature: The Grill feature was impressive. The unit has a pre-heat feature which allows the grill to heat up quickly allowing for nice grill marks and searing on the meats grilled (pork ribs, steak, chicken). The grill also did a nice job on grilled vegetables (Zucchini and onions) Air Fryer Air fryer feature worked very well for mini pizza (the crust browned without burning and the cheese was nicely melted), baked potatoes and french fries. Clean up: The non-stick surface on both the cooking drawer and the grill insert was a snap to clean however I would recommend getting a dish brush (not included) to aid in cleaning between the grates. Overall, I would recommend this oven. The price point delivers a well-built, compact air fryer/ grill combo that is versatile enough for everyday use.

Easy to use grill/air fryer w/programmed functions
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This indoor grill/air fryer has a lot of functions. You can select quite a few different types of food or meats. There are preset times and temps. Just pick the type of food that you want to cook and press start. Then it will preheat. Once it has preheated, then you can put the food into the grill. The body of the grill is pretty deep, so you can put larger items in it, but the surface area is about the size of a standard frozen pizza. There are 3 different trays that can be used in the grill. There is a round pizza pan, a flat plate with slots in it and a heavy raised plate. The plates are all non-stick and relatively easy to clean. The main part that you pull out is like a big deep pan. Cleaning it is a bit harder since you can’t just wash it in the sink. This grill can air fry, grill, roast, dehydrate and toast. I have used it to grill frozen fish. The fish came out a little tuff on the thin edges, but otherwise pretty good. I used the standard fish preset and it worked well. I have also grilled chicken breasts. They were not frozen and came out pretty nice. I had one that was not quite done, so I put it back in for an extra 5 minutes and that was enough time. I enjoy how simple it is to grill chicken in it. I think they did a good job working on the profiles for the different foods. The profiles are not perfect but do a pretty good job at a starting point without overcooking your food. It does take up a bit more counter space but will hold/cook more food than the smaller basket air fryers. This one will do much more and the programs are a nice benefit. I think for the price, you get much more than the typical air fryer and it is easier to use.

not just your ordinary kitchen gadget
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bella Pro Series - 10.5-qt. 5-in-1 Indoor Grill and Air Fryer it is not just your ordinary kitchen gadget – it's a total game-changer! 🙌 When it comes to grilling, the Bella Pro Series is a superstar. Whether you're in the mood for burgers, steak, or even grilled veggies, this grill got your back. Now, let's talk about the air fryer function. Of course the first thing I did was to have some crispy fries, and the air fryer did not disappointed. It gave me that satisfying crunch without the greasy mess. Love it! The Bella Pro Series is super user-friendly. With intuitive controls and a digital display, you'll be a pro in no time. No fancy cooking skills required! Plus, the 10.5-quart capacity means you can feed an army or meal prep like a boss. And the best part is that the cleanup is a breeze. The non-stick grill plate and air fryer basket are dishwasher-safe, so you can spend more time enjoying your delicious meal and less time scrubbing away. Some cons though: 1. The pre heating setting is automatic and it does take a while 2. The menu is a little annoying and it is not completely touch screen 3. I was not able to NOT use the presets for certain foods. Time and temperature settings were easier on my previous one, so I still need to get used to.

A family sized air fryer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our family loves to air fry. With mixed school and sport schedules, quick and easy is what we need. Tired of the compromise with smaller units, this is an answer to our prayers! It fits perfectly on our countertop, about the size of a toaster oven. Cleanup is so much easier than our old one. It’s non-stick through and through. It heats up quickly, and that keeps the wolves at bay. It has multiple trays, so your imagination can go crazy. We couldn’t wait to try the grill and pizza plates. We love the versatility of the high heat grill function. The touch panel removes the mystery of what settings to choose, making it very easy to get things right. Chicken, pork and steaks all came out perfect. Normally I’m afraid to air fry meats, but no worries now! The pizza plate was a lot of fun. We considered a dedicated pizza maker, and found this works awesome. For our busy family this is the perfect air fryer. No more heating up the oven and waiting for dinner. It lets your imagination decide what’s for dinner with a family of picky eaters. Finally, an air fryer that lives with our family. I’d recommend it to anyone.

A solid 5 in 1 Air-Fryer/Oven
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Another day, another air fryer! I have had many air fryers in my life, but never one that was a 5 in 1. This is the main reason I was compelled to get this item; I was getting sick and tired of having a toaster oven, a toaster, and an air fryer all taking up valuable real estate on my kitchen counter. I wanted something that would combine all 3 of those items into one but still be able to deliver the performance you would expect from each item individually. The Bella Pro Series 5 in 1 grill and air fryer meets those marks. The device comes with 3 different "attachments" one for grilling, one for air fryer purposes, and one for baking. Using the air fryer is fairly simple in ideology, but in practice, this is where the product has issues. For example, the amount of buttons you have to press to set the temperature and time is too much, you have to first select an option such as chicken or fries, then you have to press a lightbulb to change the time (does not make sense) and then again to change the temperature, but then after that, it just blinks at you until you press start. Also, the noise these things emits (the beep) is so loud, too loud. Also, to cancel, you have to hold the power button for 5 seconds and then wait a minute for it to stop which is annoying if you just simply made a mistake in setting the wrong mode or temperature. As far as performance, there is nothing to write home about. It cooks the same as any other air fryer I have had. The toast function actually does give the toast a nice shade on both sides, bagels are hit or miss. I did cook some salmon in here and it turned out perfect with the grill attachment, leaving grill marks and a crispy but moist interior. If the LED menu was just more thought-out and better designed, this would be a 5-star product.

Healthy cooking year round
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bella Pro Series 10.5 qt Indoor grill and air fryer combine the 2 best appliances you can have in your kitchen. I don’t know about you but I prefer to grill year round but you may not always want to go outside on the days where the weather is not great. This great appliance gives you the option to Air Fry, grill, dehydrate, roast and toast. The 1700 watt heating element allows you to achieve temperatures put to 500 F which is great because my current air fryer tops out at 400 F so its hard to acheive nice sear marks on your meats. The oven has preset options for cooking pizza, shrimp steak chicken fish and fries and most recipes or food packing provides directions for various methods of cooking including air frying. I recently started to meal prep so I can eat a little healthier and this 5 in 1 appliance allows me to cook healthy without a lot of cleanup. The 10.5 qt cooking capacity is more than adequate for meals and the non stick surface of the trays allows for easy clean up. My son loves to have chicken nuggets after school and this air fryer makes it easy for me to throw them in there without having to worry about heating up the oven. It also allows me to save counter space because I no longer have to have an air fryer and toaster oven on the counter at the same time because this is the jack of all trades. One thing I caution is be careful when using the preset times for cooking because sometimes your food maybe done a littler earlier than the full program. Other than that this is a great 5 in 1 cooking appliance that will put you on the road to healthy cooking if you choose to do so.

Excellent larger-size air fryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been very happy with this air fryer so far. Air fryers have become so popular and are a staple in many households in recent years. I have had a handful of models myself, but many of them seem to be a bit too small. Even ones that boast larger 6 and 8qt capacities seem to be limited by either an overly square or overly round shape. This 10.5qt Bella Pro series has been great for larger items like small/medium pizzas, multiple pieces of chicken, steaks, etc. It is nice to be able to cook multiple cuts of meat at once without having to run multiple cooking cycles. The control panel is intuitive and easy to use, heat up time is as expected for most air fryers. I love the internal light that can be turned on to check the status of your meal while it is cooking. I also like that it comes with regular air fry grates, as well as a grill grate and a pizza pan. One thing I like to make are double-decker pizzas using low-carb tortillas as a crust. This allows you to have the pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce without the added calories and carbs of regular pizza crust. Overall I highly recommend this air fryer for anyone who has been wishing theirs was just a bit bigger.

Fantastic Small Kitchen Appliance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really awesome small kitchen appliance. It has allowed my to replace my current air fryer and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. With 10.5 quarts of capacity, I can air fry a lot which is great when you're feeding a whole family. On time of that, I can also make pizza in it so that removes the need for multiple small appliances. It also has a really fast preheat time to 500 degrees so I can start cooking fast. In addition, the dehydration mode is great if I want to freeze or extend the shelf life of my food. The window is also very large and there's a great interior light to see the food as it's coming. It also came with several inserts based on what I plan to cook, removing the need to purchase those separately. Overall, I highly recommend this Indoor Grill & Air Fryer - I've used it air fry and make pizza so far, but plan to utilize the dehydration as well as the toast function (this can also replace your toaster if desired) truly freeing up a ton of counter space, and eliminating the need to swap out appliances.

A few minor gripes but overall we love this thing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m replacing an egg-shaped air fryer and a smart-indoor grill with this combo device. The air fryer is too small and the “smart” features of the indoor grill I have now are getting dumber as the vendor redesigns the experience to be less helpful and more sales-pitchy in attempts to get me to buy more products from them. I’m happy to see Bella keeping their products off my Wifi and getting back to simple push button controls. While unboxing, the first thing you’ll notice about the Bella is that it’s almost 14-inches long making it awkward to store in our pantry which uses 12-inch shelves. We prefer to keep our appliances behind closed doors when they are not in use so we had to shift some things around and now this appliance lives under one of our counters instead of in the pantry. Another minor gripe is that our previous air fryer had a fold down attached door, this one does not. So when things were done cooking you opened the lid, pulled out what you cooked, and moved on. The Bella’s entire drawer pulls out by the handles with no good method to keep the drawer inside the unit so you end up needing to find a safe place in your kitchen to put down a hot drawer. For us this typically means sitting it on top of one of the stove burners. We typically are using the stove burners to cook the other parts of our meal so we’ve had to put a bit more coordination into this. We’ve tried a few hot plates with varying degrees of success but you learn quickly that changing habits in the kitchen due to a new appliance can be frustrating. The crisping tray gets locked into place inside the drawer using what look almost like rubber clips. In the center of the try is a small metal piece used to grip the tray when pulling it out for cleaning or swapping it with the other accessories. Short term these rubber-like pieces work great and the fit is nice and snug but I question the longevity of this material. I think the end goal is to allow you to dump out the contents without the entire try coming with it when you turn it sideways/over and for now its working as intended so time will tell with this one. My last gripe about the unit is the exhaust vent which is on the back center of this unit pointing straight. We just remodeled our kitchen and put in counters that are just over 2 feet in depth which means while cooking this thing shoots hot air about a foot out the back straight onto our stone backsplash. This thing can produce some heat and that is not a good thing for our backsplash. So we turn the unit sideways so that the exhaust vent points toward our stove where we turn on our circulation fan so that the hot air is now drawn up and out of the kitchen. But now it’s sideways making it awkward to reference any of the controls on the front. What’s missing is an adjustable grill cover on the exhaust port allowing the air flow to be redirected. As to cooking this part is fantastic. The crisping features of this unit are excellent and well balanced. Our first test was corndogs where we placed them in various positions inside the unit hoping for an even crisping and the results were fabulous. Wontons, eggrolls, tater tots, and Brussel sprouts all turned out excellent. We had bigger fish to fry (pun intended) and loved the results. Overall we’re excited to be able to replace two appliances with this one and have one less app on our phones.
