Hard to pull out and shut and hard to turn on and off just ok wouldn't buy again.

I am not happy with this purchase at all. This has to be the worst air fryer I have ever had. It is very complicated. The touchscreen does not work very well. It does not shut off when it’s supposed to. I would always have to unplug it in order to make it shut down completely. Do not buy this one. I’ve had a Bella Pro before and I got rid of it and it was still working good I regret getting rid of my old air fryer.

The size and the ease of use is great. We cannot use it at all because it smokes so bad even at low temps. I do not recommend buying this!

Great size but has an awful smell that still hasn’t gone away after months of use. I won’t eat anything that comes out of it.

It takes forever to preheat. I thought air dryers were supposed to be quick. Every single time you use it you have to preheat it. That's not very helpful. A toaster oven is faster than this thing.

Bought it in June 2025, now October 2025 and it doesn't work properly. Seems that the heating element is definitely bad. Returning it Best Buy today.

There's no "air fryer" function. It has a bunch of useless settings and I still can't figure out properly how to air fry. And preheat? Since when does an air fryer need to preheat?

It does not cook the under the bottom such as pizza, bread and cookies Meats its good if you ok with turning your meats yourself

Returned had missing parts, and the door was even hard to open when I try to open it you had to literally yank it open .

too much time for pre heat and not worth as too much time for pre-heat.

Not only did mine come with dents in the handles but it takes ages to preheat and doesn’t cook evenly. Very disappointing! Donating and buying a ninja instead.

Horrible design, the draw gets stuck all the time. Not kid friendly and super loud

Too big. Was on sale but not worth the space. Cumbersome to clean

Great little air fryer. Actually it's not that little. It works really well. My wife really loves it. She heats everything up in there. Cooks pizzas chick chicken nuggets anything that you want to get crisp. She cooks in it. Very convenient and it's a lot better than heating up the whole house with the larger oven. I would say the only drawback is getting the pizza out of the air fryer because you need to be careful that you don't burn your hands.

Whenever i grill steak, it smokes a lot! Before the timed duration, my smoke alarm will go off and my securuty alarm will call me. It was okay grilling salmon and i think even chicken. I like the touch tone part. The price is reasonable! I will look for something else and give thus away. I end up just pan frying stesk. I want something i can leave.

The large basket makes it easy to cool for a family of 4! Its easy to clean and warms up a pizza perfectly!

Its very consistent. Food cooks and smells delicious. I can cook frozen chicken & shrimp in minutes. I also caught the price it at a steal.
