The touch screen controls aren’t usable by second use of the device. This is my second time owning one after having one working for a few years. Ill be returning this for replacement once and hope this resolves.

I would give 3/5 rating for this for the non-toxic ceramic coating and the power it has. Unfortunately, I’ve returned this for two reason, one is the cleaning (not easy at all!) second being its large size but packs a small compartment.

Poor circulation while using top and bottom racks

I'm impressed with the different cooking settings and cook time. But cooking using the top and bottom rack is a problem. One cooks a lot faster than the other. Which leads me to rotate until food is done

It is on once plug in and close the door ,flying blind you tap around the area above the door to find the controls. The controls light up and you are at 400 degrees so madly tap the down button to get to your target temperature. The time is 20 minutes and you tap it down or just use the 20 minutes- who knows. As far as I can tell the fan is always on.

It's an odd size. It's difficult to clean. Most small pizza's don't fit. Worst of all it's a rattle trap. The metal shelves rattles like crazy while it's in use. It's getting returned.

This air fryer is fine but i purchased it because you could rotisserie chicken and it is too small for that will only fit a very small bird. So mine mostly sits unused. I did cook baked potatoes in it. Would not recommend

Poor cooking experience, have to cook food at twice the time to get the same level of crispiness than my Ninja. Tried to roast a small brisket for 3 hours and the max time I could cook it for was 60 minutes. Had to set an alarm for myself to keep adding an hour when time was almost out. Very inconvenient. Basically it's just a glorified toaster oven.

The Bella Touchscreen Air Fryer/Pizza Oven/Rotisserie is a great addition to my appliances. I love how easy the touchscreen controls are to use and adjust for your recipes. It comes with 2 air fryer trays pizza tray, drip pan and rotisserie rack. You can use more than one tray at a time and switch midway through cooking. I have tried several of the settings-pizza, rotisserie, bake, air fry-and was pleased with the outcome of the finished product. The food was done and crisp in the Air Fryer and rotisserie settings and baked through in the bake and pizza settings. I used a casserole dish I had to bake a dump cake and it worked fine by setting it on one of the trays. I have several small pieces that will work in the unit. Cleanup was super easy. The unit wipes down and the trays cleaned with soap and water. Nothing stuck to either. I would recommend this unit. I think it is most suitable for a single person or small (2-3 person) family. Would be nice for a college student because of the multiple ways you can use it.

This air fryer is pretty good except for one major problem, the company, Bella, doesn't make replacement parts. So, if your crisper trays should be replacing, you're out of luck. I've even tried searching for off market trays, no luck

Controls are difficult to use. There is no start/stop button. We have always used Ninja products and love them. We have now purchased a new Ninja to replace this product.

    Compact and versatile

This oven is rather compact and has a wealth of functionality. It comes well packaged and is rather heavy for the size and seems well made. The sticker on the front showcases all of the button functions and is labeled to remove before use. The only issue is that the glue used is very sticky and it was difficult to get the residue removed. Other than that minor item, getting the oven up and running is super easy. It comes with an adjustable height shelf, two drip pans and a small pizza pan. The oven has a large capacity for the size, but keep in mind that the maximum pizza size is 10". All there is to do to cook a pizza is set the preheat and place the pizza in when ready. The front has a large see through door that allows you to keep a watch on the food as it is cooking. Pizza cooks crisp and evenly. You can cook directly on the drip pan if you prefer very crispy crust. Chicken cooks very well also with the included rotisserie attachment. You simply place the middle bar through the food to be cooked, slide it in the side notches and you can watch it rotate and cook. I like that it takes up very little room and you can cook a complete meal with ease.

Air fryers have basically become the big thing in kitchen gadgets right up there with the humble microwave. And like the microwave when it originally came out people are looking for any and every excuse to use them for this or that. And I get it, cooking a personal pizza in 8 minutes with the press of a single button, and making a bunch of crispy chicken wings is as simple as loading the trays and setting your heat and timer. This particular air fryer ditches the typical fryer baskets for, as it's name suggests, a small oven form factor. That does mean this takes up a bit more space than other options, about the same size an old 13" TV, you know, the ones you would usually have in an RV with a VHS player built in? Am I dating myself with that? Suffice it to say, as a kitchen appliance it's sizeable, but this is the ultimate countertop oven, fryer, rotisserie, thingy. The form here of a more traditional mini oven I think is a huge strong point for this fryer, while you can't just pour a bag of fries into a basket hit a button and shake the basket a few times during the cooking time, instead here we have two vented trays, and a round pizza pan as well as a 3rd tray for use as a drip pan at the bottom. The trays have 3 slots that you can choose to slot them, as the heat source is at the top, if you want a crispier outcome put things at the top. or for a less crispy outcome put the tray in a lower position. I made a couple trays of chicken wings, and only the top tray got super crispy, but easily solved by just putting the second tray back in for a few more minutes to crisp up on the top shelf solved that quickly, The 12.6 qt volume is a little overstated I think in general use if you are going to just use it to cook a pizza or some wings, where that volume becomes more useable is when you are taking advantage of its final trick, the rotisserie. With everything else in the box you also get a bar and prongs to impale a small turkey or chicken, and a cook it up rotisserie style. I myself don't have any plans to set a small bird up to spin on your average day, but Thanksgiving is coming up soon. Beyond just being an air fryer with a fancy rotisserie, they've set this up with a fist full of preset modes to use so just about anyone can get cooking. Bake, broil, reheat, a mode just for keeping things warm, which is great if your cooking a larger meal and need some things just to stay warm while something else is still finishing, or if someone is running late to dinner. I laughed when I first turned it on and saw it light up, but there is even a dedicated button for bacon. Last but not least, it has settings for dehydrating, and I was super excited when I first saw that, Because I love dehydrated fruits and jerky. I cannot recommend this enough if you have the space for it. Because of it being more like a little oven than a typical basket fryer it's so much more flexible, the trays are so easy to clean compared to typical fryer baskets, the preset modes are great. my only concern is because of the size you may be tempted to load it up, and for some things, like steaks or burgers, the drip tray may be a bit shallow depending on how lean of meat you use, so it may be wise to get a deeper pan to put at the bottom when cooking some foods. It's really as easy to use as a microwave.
