    I upgraded from the old one. However this model the trays come out the grooves or slots very easy when loading and unloading food and sometimes its hard to pull them back out.

    I was happy to pick up this airfryer as mine quit on me. I like the door opening from side to side versus up and down. I am still trying to figure out how it works as it is totally different from my old one.
