    user interface could be much better. No start/stop or on or off. Once you power it on nothing happens, but if you change the temperature it turns on. Also most frustrating are the different type/sizes of trays. must read instructions to use this thing. Kind of regret buying this one. My older one of a different brand was better. Just turn the knob for the timer, select your temperature and its done.
