Great little machine but has some flaws

If you load a of food on the top shelf of the 2 shelves, the bottom shelf does not get the proper heating it needs. You'll need to rotate it halfway through cooking to ensure everything gets cooked evenly. Also to power it off, you have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds. I'm ashamed it took me awhile to figure that out :/

Smaller than I expected

This is far too much trouble. Also - the pizza (convection) section blows the toppings off the pizza. This is quite funny until you find all the pepperoni at the bottom of the unit all toasted and shriveled up.
