Disappointed

I put a 6 inch pizza (fresh not frozen) on the middle rack. After 2 minutes, the fan started to make some noises and became louder and louder as if it is hitting something. After 6 minutes, The top of pizza is well done but the bottom is still soft and under-cook. When I look inside, there is only one heating element on top and none at the bottom. That's why the bottom didn't get cooked. Next time I would just use my trusted old toaster oven. This got returned as defective. May be this is the only bad one, Never know.

Not what I expected

I refer to the manual each time I use it so I know where to find the right “button”, eg, airfry, bake, etc. I gave it away and bought another brand.

Grease drips everywhere when you slide out the trays and the drip tray does not slide out along with it, nor is it easy to pull it out manually while pulling out a tray too at same time. Wife is a lefty and the door opens to the left and she’s often getting burned by the inside part of the door. She’ll have to adjust how she works it to avoid this. As others note, bottom tray doesn’t cook as well as top, so will always have to rotate during cooking. Would use one tray only but that negates the benefit of having a larger cooking area. Best Buy’s return policy is only 15 days so didn’t really give us much time to truly test it as bought when on a limited sale and we were out of town at time of delivery. And into a few days. Fryer will have to do for now. Maybe it’ll get recalled like our last air fryer from Best Buy.

I’ve cooked everything I could imagine in it and I’m never disappointed. I was late and the to the game with regards to these products. Amazing!
