Great at first, but not built to last

I bought this as a gift and it worked great for nearly a year with occasional use. Then suddenly the temperature would not exceed 205 degrees. No more baking or french fries! I have now replaced the Bella since it no longer worked as expected.

Hence, need to monitor and keep an eye when in use and rotate the trays so they are cooked evenly. On the whole, I do like three racks for cooking.
